Listener Manifesto [2022]

As best I can tell from looking back at my calendar, September 14. 2022 seemed like a normal Wednesday full of meetings; stand up, OKRs, priorities sync, offsite planning, onboarding, people ops... a couple of family commitments in the evening.

But there was one thing not in the calendar I recently rediscovered that may prove to stand the test of time...

Around 5:51 AM my phone saved a simple note that would be pinned to the corner of my desktop for years to come...

A strong mission and ethos still resonates years later, ending with this climactic sentence that has now lead to the purchase of this domain...

"We believe that listening really is enough."
